資料刪除說明
DATA DELETION
吉吉比（GGB，由吉吉比有限公司經營，地址 臺北市松山區八德路2段386號9樓之3）。 以下說明如何要求我們刪除您的資料。我們蒐集與使用資料的方式見隱私權政策。
會員帳號
- 寄信到 support@ggb.com.tw，或透過官方 LINE 聯絡我們。
- 寫上您的會員編號，並說明要刪除帳號。
- 我們確認是本人後，30 天內刪除，完成後通知您。
交易與金流紀錄依法要保存 5 年，這部分不會一起刪除。
您在 Threads 或 Instagram 上的公開貼文
我們會搜尋 Threads 上的公開貼文了解熱門話題，搜到的內容最多保存 30 天，不保存發文者名稱。 如果您不希望我們保存引用過您貼文的資料，寄信到 support@ggb.com.tw，附上貼文連結。我們會在 30 天內刪除，並回信告訴您。
取消授權
如果您曾授權我們的服務連結您的 Threads 帳號，可以在 Threads 的「設定 → 帳號 → 網站權限」移除。 移除後我們不會再讀取您的資料，已保存的資料可照上面的方式要求刪除。
How to delete your data (English)
GGB CO., LTD (吉吉比有限公司; address: 臺北市松山區八德路2段386號9樓之3, Taiwan) operates www.ggb.com.tw and its own Threads and Instagram accounts.
Member account. Email support@ggb.com.tw or contact our official LINE account with your member number and ask us to delete your account. After we confirm it is you, we delete your data within 30 days and let you know. Transaction and payment records are kept for 5 years as required by Taiwan law.
Your public Threads or Instagram posts. We search public Threads posts by keyword to understand trending topics. Results are kept for no more than 30 days, without author names. If you do not want us to keep data from your post, email support@ggb.com.tw with the post link. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Remove access. If you have authorized our app to access your Threads account, you can remove it in Threads under Settings → Account → Website permissions. After removal we no longer access your data; you can still ask us to delete saved data as described above.
